The process can be performed manually, with a traditional lathe, which necessitates continuous supervision by a trained operator, or by using a computer-controlled and automated lathe which does not. Mori Seiki (DMG Mori) NL2500 Mill-Turn is an example of the latest high-tech machinery that we use (we have 2 of these machines) with sub-spindle and driven tooling.

Our facilities allow for a maximum turning diameter of 560mm and a maximum turning length of up to 1 metre, depending on weight and diameter.
