WES Engineering offers a broad range of precision machining capabilities, covering CNC turning, CNC milling, EDM spark erosion, wire erosion, and CNC grinding across a wide variety of engineering materials.

Our experienced team supports projects from initial concept through to production, working closely with customers to ensure manufacturability, efficiency, and consistent quality.

We have made significant investment in our CNC milling capability, including the addition of Matsuura multi-pallet and 5-axis machining centres. This enables high-precision, repeatable production, particularly for medium to high-volume batch work, supported by lights-out machining and automated processes.

Our CNC milling capability includes 3-axis, 4-axis, and full 5-axis machining on HAAS and Matsuura machines, allowing us to produce complex components with tight tolerances and high levels of consistency. Aluminium machining is a particular strength, alongside a wide range of steels and high-performance alloys.

With a significant investment in our CNC precision Milling department since 2022 we are equipped with some of the latest technology for large batch CNC Precision Milling using Matsuura multi-pallet machines. We can machine all kinds of materials with CNC Precision Milling of Aluminium a particular speciality. We have 3 Axis milling, 4 Axis milling and 5 Axis Milling available on HAAS and Matsuura CNC Milling machines.
