Recruitment drive!
WES are continually recruiting into skilled and semi-skilled positions to keep up with demand. Current jobs including Toolmaker / Grinder and CNC Setter Operator for the milling section but all skilled applicants will be considered. Get in touch for a chat.
Operations Director, Daniel Hutchings, explains “since the grip of the pandemic has loosened we have had a growing orderbook and anticipate further double-digit growth in 2023 so we are looking to recruit the right people into the right roles. Ideally we would recruit skilled engineers but we are also taking on semi-skilled staff and providing them with a training plan to improve their abilities over time”.
