We specialise in the machining of lightweight yet durable materials, including aluminium alloys, titanium, and high-performance steels — ideal for weight-sensitive aerospace assemblies. Using advanced Matsuura, Haas, Mori Seiki, and GF machining centres, we provide milling, turning, grinding, and EDM capabilities for medium and large batch production.

In addition to new component manufacture, we also support the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) sector, providing small-batch machining, re-machining, and component refurbishment to help extend the service life of critical parts and minimise aircraft downtime.

Our team’s experience extends deep into the aerospace supply chain, supporting major manufacturers such as GKN Aerospace, Leonardo, and Airbus. We also benefit from the leadership of our Sales Manager, Jeremy Cowle, who joined WES from within the Airbus group, bringing valuable sector insight and customer understanding.
